Halloween is quite the interesting time of year, a time where people dress up and scare one another. In history, this scaring had a point. It was to scare off evil spirits which could only come out on that day. But now it's a means to don unusual clothing and scare one another.

I am considering Count Vlad Dracula as my Halloween disguise. Not the twisted legendary form he's become, the original historical Count he was. He had a very strong sense of justice, something which I greatly respect.

That he is. He had a strong sense of justice and fought off the invading Ottomans longer than anyone else in the area and in the time. It was the only free province of its time with justice, peace, and prosperity. He was quite the remarkable man.

His methods were rather harsh, yes. But you must remember, Ritsuka-kun, women can be criminals too. It is an unfortunate truth.

But to do that too them? Women can be criminals but that doesn't mean his methods were justified. And not just women, but weren't his methods for his enemies equally cruel? Aren't there better ways Yagami-san?

Of course there are, Ritsuka-kun. Times then were much harsher than they are now. Their methods would never be acceptable means in modern times, however, they were acceptable then.

Even then it seems so unnecessarily cruel. Of course, everything seemed so cruel back then, beheading, stoning, it seems awful.
